Responsibility for personal data
Swedish Welcome AB is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. Swedish Welcome has appointed a personal data representative, in order to ensure that the personal data is managed correctly. Processing of personal data
Our aim is that you will feel secure when you submit your personal data to us. We take all reasonable measures to protect your personal data. All processing of personal data is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
When and how are personal data processed?
Personal data (name, phone number and email) are saved in our CRM system if we have an agreement with a company. Contact details for invoicing are kept according to accountancy rules. Other contact details held in our CRM system are stored for 5 years before being deleted.
Personal data (name, phone number and email) for advisors is saved as long as the individual is working or available to work as an advisor.
When you apply for or express interest in a job with us or want to be contacted by us, we use your personal data for the purposes for which you have submitted it.
Swedish Welcome has a policy not to collect and register sensitive personal data.
Your personal data will not be stored longer than necessary in order to fulfil the purposes of the processing as they are described in this policy. Your personal data will be screened or anonymized when it is no longer relevant for the purposes for which it was gathered.
Swedish Welcome never shares your personal information with third parties. Personal data may, however, be disclosed in the case provided for by law and regulation.
Images and film
Necessary consent has been gathered for all images and film used by the Swedish Welcome.

You have the right to receive information on any of your personal data that is being processed. You can do this for free, once per calendar year, by way of a written, signed application from you. Your application must be sent to Swedish Welcome; see contact details below.
If you feel that your personal data is incorrect, please contact the Tourist Board so it can be corrected.
